I’ve now listened again to the updated version, and it really helped me surrender and let go of the Me I was holding on to. It’s also helped me put my health first and take a day off from work to rest my body and soul. I am happy to have found this meditation/ ritual to go along with my own. I created a list of what no longer serves me on the new moon and placed it at my alter. I had planned to burn it on the full moon (in 2 days) and bury the ashes under my favorite tree. When I was done with this meditation (I re-listened to a few parts) the meditation time was 11 minutes and 11 seconds (11:11). It feels like this mediatation was meant for me. Thank you! 😊

What a hidden gem! 🤗 This is a perfect, simple, yet profoundly powerful reset. The setting, herbs, cauldron and flames were lovely to visualise and the ritual brought a sense of calm and release. Loved it! One to return to when you need that boost of self-belief. 💛🙏💐😊 xxx
